Compostable bags are derived generally from renewable raw materials like starch (corn, potato, tapioca, etc), CaCo3, cellulose, soy protein, lactic acid, etc., are not hazardous/toxic in production and decompose back into carbon dioxide, water, biomass, etc. 100% Plastic Free & Eco-friendly.
1. 100% biodegradable corn starch is a compostable resin that combines starch with biodegradable bio-based materials to create new pellets. It can be used for blow molding and injection molding. This film is semi-transparent and off-white. Has toughness, is relatively soft, but has a more moist texture, like silk. The tensile performance and blown film technology are close to LDPE. After use, it is buried in the soil or composted in a microbial environment for 3 months, and 100% of it is degraded into carbon dioxide and water, becoming organic fertilizer and returning to nature. This material will only degrade under conditions with microorganisms and humidity. If stored in the warehouse without sealing conditions, it can be stored for 1-2 years. After sealing the cardboard box packaging. Can be stored for 2-3 years.
100% CaCo3 compostable degradable resin is a new type of degradable material. Its main material is calcium carbonate (content 65% -80%) polymer. This material is in line with environmental protection industry policies, achieving national energy conservation, emission reduction, and saving a large amount of oil resource consumption. No exhaust gas or wastewater is discharged during the production process. It meets the requirements of national degradation standards and belongs to biodegradable products. This material has been developed through our company's technology and improved with high-end equipment configuration. Product quality: The tensile strength and load-bearing capacity are better than ordinary plastics. The appearance and feel are as smooth and beautiful as frosted film. The price is more than 20% cheaper than ordinary plastic bags. Highly accepted by the general public.
2. PLA, also known as polylactic acid, is a resin formed by fermenting starch into lactic acid monomers and polymerizing them. Through our company's research and development technology improvement, it can be used for blow molding and injection molding. The blown-out film is colorless and transparent, with a relatively brittle feel and similar quality to ordinary polypropylene PP. After use, it is buried in the soil or composted in a microbial environment for 3-6 months, and 100% of it is degraded into carbon dioxide and water, becoming organic fertilizer. Return to nature.
The above two materials can be made into various bag shapes and can be composted. The brand of Huawei compostable bag with EU standards, EN13432 certificate, obtained ASTMD-6400 certificate in the United States, AS4736 in Australia, SGS-EN1186.
