Biodegradable Plastic Film

Often considered environmentally degradable, compostable plastics are made from starch/corn-based resins and compounds that are environmentally friendly and non-hazardous, completely replacing single-use plastics.

Our biodegradable plastic film made from compostable raw materials based on corn starch, PLA (polylactic acid), and PBAT (polybutylene terephthalate adipate) through blow molding and cast film processes.

Our innovative and environmentally friendly materials offer many advantages, including:

Same strength and tensile properties as traditional plastics.

No toxic by-products.

Does not use heat, light or mechanical stress to decompose.

No special treatments required (unlike PLA and oxo-degradable products).

No heavy metals (unlike most oxo-degradable products).

Specific FDA-compliant formulations.

How does compostable/biodegradable work?

Our products are a complete alternative to single-use plastics and are non-toxic, GMO-free and BPA (phthalate or bisphenol A) free.

Compostable products are converted to compost by leaving the product in the soil under compostable conditions for approximately 6 months, where enzymes secreted by microorganisms break the bonds of the compostable plastic. These products are excellent alternatives to traditional plastic (LD / LL / HD) products for household and industrial use.

Our biodegradable plastic films and bags biodegrade in a variety of situations, including:

Home composting

Commercial composting

Landfills

Burial in or in contact with soil

Erosion/agricultural nets and films

Garbage

However, our bags do not degrade while in storage, on store shelves, or in our homes or offices.
